My Pillars of Strength

(A Tribute to My Wife and Children)

I dedicate this space to the most important people in my life—my beloved wife, Mrs. Adela Miantona Quoi, and our children: Burline, Sametta, Salehsius, Samford, D. Marvin Hoff, Saadiah, Princess, and Dorothy Miantona.

Their unwavering love, patience, and encouragement have been the foundation of my journey—from surviving the Liberian civil war to becoming a doctor, author, and global health advocate.

Every milestone I’ve achieved is a reflection of their strength and support. This platform is not just mine—it belongs to us all.
